Individual Counseling

  • What you can expect: Think of it like us just getting to know one another for the first time. You will get to know me as your therapist, and I'll start to get to know you, your story, and your desired goals.

  • What to expect: Research is showing that virtual sessions are as effective as in-person sessions. In some instances it can be even more beneficial to be in your element versus in an office.

    Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes. Additional time can be allotted as necessary and as needed.
