    I am a bilingual mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist, working towards educating the community and destigmatizing mental health. I am passionate about working with and advocating for the underserved populations in South Florida.

    I have over 10 years of clinical experience working in inpatient, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings. In addition to my clinical experience, I have curated educational presentations and workshops for schools, corporations, and community based events alike.

    I specialize in Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and integrate Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I aim for cultural sensitivity and maintain a curious approach. I acknowledge each person's uniqueness, I create a personalized, safe space for exploring vulnerabilities. Your journey takes precedence in my practice, providing guidance and support for healing and self-discovery.
